M-Arts Precinct provides inspiring, but affordable, studios for local artists to enable them to move out of their back rooms and into the creative atmosphere created by a group of artists.
11 artists are already in residence. The precinct is open from 9am – 5pm Mon – Friday and 10am – 1pm Saturdays.
More studios are already underway with 30 artist studios planned for the space.
