After the devastation from the February 2022 floods, M|Arts Precinct has been awarded Create NSW funding for Flood Mitigation and Stormwater redirection works between The Regent Building and M|Arts Precinct.
These works will help redirect storm water from the area, making M|Arts and The Regent less susceptible to the impacts of flooding.
